"The chinese food stall at the corner ( cant remember the name "Wong" something ) serves some of the best Chinese Fried Rice and Kuey Teow ever! Portions are big, prices are cheap , and mostly the taste , lotsa Wok Hei, peanuty oil taste. Manned by an old Chinese auntie, you know you can count on her. Buy and pack it, nothing like eating at the beach with the cool breeze blowing on your face."

"Decent sea-facing food court that seemed to be under maintenance in early October. Only two stalls open during weekday lunch time. We ordered chicken chop from the Wong Mee Hang stall, and though our food took a while to arrive (~30 mins), the food was actually quite good. Later learned that the stall was a one-woman operation who opens from morning until 4pm, so we were quite forgiving of that. The area could use a regular clean-up and maintenance to make it look nice, but other than that, it's a fairly decent beachside food court."
